UK-based Aon, is an international professional services company that offers a wide range of financial risk-mitigation services which includes insurance, health insurance plans, and pension administration. Aon operates in 120 countries and employs about 50,000 people.
Aon South Africa Insurance Learnership 2021
Aon SA is opening its Insurance Learnership Programme to 20 unemployed students. The learnership programme runs for 12 months and awards a full Short-Term Insurance Qualification NQ4 after its successful completion.
The successful candidate will be attending theory training at a recognized Training Provider during the first six months. In the remaining months, the incumbent will gain short term insurance background within any of Aon South Africa’s regional offices which includes:
- Cape Town
- East London
- Port Elizabeth
Who should apply?
Applicants will need to satisfy the following minimum requirements to apply:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Successfully completed matric
- Completed English with at least 50% pass rate
- Speaks a second language with a 50% pass rate
- Achieved at least 50% in Math
- Currently unemployed
- Aged 18 to 25 years of age
- Amenable to registering as a FAIS representative under the Financial Services Board
