Aspen Holdings Marketing Graduate Programme 2022

Aspen Holdings’ graduate programme runs for a duration of 12 months and is designed to develop young talent and those who are working hard for personal and professional growth. As a Marketing Graduate trainee, you will acquire operational knowledge of the business as well as how to deliver results on high business demands. You will also acquire enduring, results-oriented and proactive traits as you perform within a totally diverse work environment set within a high-performance culture.

The Marketing Programme aims to give you an opportunity to grow with a sturdy, tough foundation that will prove crucial to the development and success of your chosen career. For the duration of the 12-month programme, you’ll receive expert mentorship, succeeded by a quarterly performance evaluation.
