BASF Africa Graduate Development Programme
The Africa Graduate Development Programme is part of BASF’s Young Talent Development Programmes that seek to offer substantial hands-on learning experiences to suitably qualified graduates in Africa.
The programme follows the 70:20:10 learning and development model where 70% of the programme is experiential learning, 20% is interaction with colleagues and posing questions, and 10% is for classroom training. The role is based in Johannesburg and lasts for a period of 18 to 24 months.
