Belgotex HR Talent and OD Graduate Programme 2022
The primary function of the role is to carry out administrative support duties within the Talent and OD Department at Belgotex’s headquarters in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform administrative tasks in support of Talent and OD officers to ensure compliance with recruitment requirements
- Help out in report generation involving recruitment movement, time to fill, vacancy tracker, etc.
- Assist in publishing adverts online or off-line (e.g. conventional notice boards)
- Conduct initial screening of applicants
- Set up applicant interviews with line managers
- Respond to vacancy queries made via email or phone
- Make sure that the Candidate Experience Survey is completed by shortlisted applicants at the end of the interview process
- Carry out exit interviews for the core talent group
- Provide assistance with organizing graduate recruitment and career fairs at universities and colleges
- Support OD and employee engagement activities e.g. creating, running, and analyzing organizational surveys
- Help out in presenting survey/questionnaire results
- Provide support with executing and tracking solutions derived from organizational surveys
- Assist with managing communication platforms such as SMS, notice boards, WhatsApp, Facebook, Digital Signage, and more
- Support rollout of internal communication plans
