Established in 1997, CMP is the marketing arm of the US-based Southwestern Corporation in Southern Africa. CMP offers major coal mill plant modifications. These include feasibility studies, investigations, manufacture, design, commissioning and modification. The company also provides engineered spare parts for existing plant items utilizing the latest in 3D designs and software.

The successful candidate will be working in CMP’s milling operations at the Witbank head office. The programme offers trainees the opportunity to utilize their work attitude, as well as learn and grow their technical expertise and proven capabilities.
Who should apply?

- Holds a degree in Engineering or an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering N6
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Must possess a successful track record of 1 to 2 years maintenance experience from a mechanical environment
- Must own a reliable mode of transport
