Colgate-Palmolive SA Emerging Leaders Graduate Programme 2024
As part of the Colgate-Palmolive SA Emerging Leaders Graduate Programme, the successful candidate will be joining the Commercial Team for the duration of the 24-month programme and may also be offered permanent employment after successfully completing the programme (depending on performance and manpower requirements). The incumbent will have an opportunity to acquire experiential learning through job rotations performing commercial functions across the Company’s Customer Service and Logistics, Customer Development, and Marketing divisions.
Who should apply?
Applicants must be able to satisfy these basic eligibility requirements to apply for the role:
- Holds a BCom or Honours degree, preferably in the following:
- Management
- Strategic Marketing
- Business Management, or any relevant discipline
- Analytics/Digital
- 0 to 2 years previous working experience
- Possesses sound problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attentive to details; good numeracy skills
- Strong leadership skills and able to perform within a team-oriented work setting
- Sound team building, implementing, project management, and collaboration skills
- Produces results under time pressure
