The successful candidate will be part of an engineering team focused on Cummins’ distribution business operating in Johannesburg. Within the 1-year graduate role,the successful candidate will be performing the following duties and responsibilities:
- Perform inspections on system, product, and/or technology issues
- Develop clear understanding of causal mechanisms, suggest suitable solutions, take ownership of resolution, and document results under guidance
- Apply academic knowledge and experience on taking taking action and finding resolutions
- Test and analyze work instruction details and coordinate with various discipline areas
- Resolve relatively complex issues in products, systems, component, subsystems, or services
- Contribute to team goals and exhibit a level of influence and sustain proficiency in aspects important to the role

- Holds a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Able to establish and deliver multi-mode communications that provide a clear comprehension of the needs of various audiences
