The successful candidate will take on a Counter Sales Specialist-PWD role and will be part of the team specializing in Sales for Cummins’ Distribution Business Segment located in Johannesburg.
Duties and responsibilities
- Contribute to revenue generation by participating in parts sales
- Ensure all sales are quoted and invoiced in compliance with established procedures and policies
- Support warehouse operations through participation in outbound and inbound activities
- Ensure excellent level of customer service by pushing for customer satisfaction and delivering feedback
- Perform data analysis and interpretation
- Compile and distribute sales reports
