Danone, a Paris-based multinational food products manufacturer, is calling on suitable candidates in South Africa who are interested in submitting an application to qualify for its upcoming Finance Graduate Programme for the 2020 financial year. Established in Spain in 1919, Danone’s multinational brand line up includes Activia, Alpro, Actimel, Danio, Danette, Danino, Nutricia, and Volvic. Its regional or local brands in 2018 include Horizon Organic and Vega (USA), AQUA (Brazil), Mizone (China), Prostokvashino (USSR) and Olkos (North America) to name a few.
In South Africa, Danone is known for its health food products and are manufactured by its four businesses namely, Early Life Nutrition, Fresh Dairy Products, Medical Nutrition, and Waters.
Danone SA Finance Graduate Programme 2020
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to demonstrate potential by working on ongoing projects and assignments essential to the company and acquiring key business skills in the process. The incumbent will be able to self-assess performance through set KPIs.
The programme also seeks to improve exposure and develop cross-functional skills through rotation of various roles, allowing the successful candidate access to a thorough knowledge and extensive exposure to Danone SA’s operations. Moreover, continuous development and guidance will be provided for the duration of the programme.
