De Beers Metallurgy and Chemical Engineering Internship 2021
De Beers’ Metallurgy and Chemical Internship aims to equip members of the host communities with essential work experience and will run for a period of 12 months. Successful candidates may be based at any of the following Anglo American Platinum sites including:
- Amandelbult Complex
- Polokwane Metallurgical Complex
- Magalakwena Complex
Who should apply?
Candidates will need to meet the minimum eligibility requirements to apply:
- Holds a national diploma or bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
- For in-service training, must hold an S4 mining related qualification
- Must undergo and pass a medical fitness test and several assessments
- Residents from host communities will be given preference
