Dis-Chem SAP Administrator Graduate 2022
The successful candidate will be based in Dis-Chem’s Midrand offices with the primary function of administering the SAP system. This includes ensuring sustained reliability management, performance, and application support.
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include, but not limited to the following:
- Maintain, configure, and support all data administration tasks within the SAP system
- Identify and sort out authorization requirements for SAP and HEAT requests
- Administer and organize SAP licensing documents for SAP applications
- Support user and user profile management including granting SAP access/authorization
- Provide assistance with change elements in relation to new upgrades to current solutions
- Report all discrepancies within the SAP Solution Management System
- Update user licenses across the SAP systems
- Inventory, contractual, and financial data collection and integration into the central repository
- Recommend adjustment of user license categories to the Head of Applications
- Attend to SAP licensing applications
- Provide assistance with Information Technology Corporate Governance implementation
- Assist with performance optimization of systems networked to the Solution Management System
- Support SAP Solution analysis, design, and customization
- Consult with stakeholders about SAP platform enhancements
- Resolve company stakeholder queries involving SAP system administration
Who should apply?
To be eligible for the role, applicants need to meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
- Holds a BSc Computer Science degree
- Completed Grade 12 or Matric
- Exceptional skills in problem-solving
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Able to produce quality results even under pressure
- Observes strict adherence to deadlines
- Effective time management skills
- A South African citizen with a valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation
- No criminal or bad credit record on file
