Ekurhuleni Experiential Training/Work Integrated Learning Programmes 2020

The City Government of Ekurhuleni is opening its Experiential Training/Work Integrated Learning Programmes to suitably qualified individuals from various study fields. Details about these training programme opportunities are available for review below.

Situated east of Johannesburg, the city of Ekurhuleni is a metropolitan municipality that is part of the East Rand local government in Gauteng. It is a large suburban region and one of the country’s eight metropolitan municipalities.

Ekurhuleni Experiential Training/Work Integrated Learning Programmes 2020

The Ekurhuleni city government is currently offering several programmes to students and recent graduates without any working experience. Successful applicants will be based in different departments across various establishments locations under the management of the Ekurhuleni city government.

Who should apply?

Read through the list of minimum requirements and make sure you are eligible to apply for the learnerhip/internship position:

  • Completed an NQF Level 7, NQF Level 6 or N6 Certificate relevant to the position
  • Must be a South African citizen and resident of Ekurhuleni
  • Have not been part of any similar programme
  • Must be 35 years of age and below
  • Must be unemployed
  • People living with disabilities are more than welcome to apply
