The HomeChoice Contact Centre Learnership programme is a 12-month learnership opportunity that will provide successful candidates formal qualifications as well as work place experience.
Successful candidates will have access to:

Learners who successfully complete the programme will acquire the National Certificate (NQF Level 4) for Contact Center Operations Operations.
Who should apply?
Applicants will need to meet these minimum eligibility requirements to qualify:
- Completed Grade 12 (matric) with maths literacy or mathematics, and English as 1st or 2nd language
- No criminal record and clear credit record
