McCain Foods SA Graduate Trainee Programmes
McCain Food South Africa is offering structured graduate/trainee opportunities that run for a duration of 12 months. Successful interns will have the opportunity of acquiring work experience in a complex, international company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry operating with an integrated supply chain such as agriculture, manufacturing, sales and marketing and logistics and distribution.
The programmes will encompass personal and leadership development. Moreover, the programmes also include exposure to practical experience in various projects as well as the daily operations of McCain Foods SA.

- BComm or BSc ICT

- BComm Accounting (Hons preferred)
Safety – 1 opening (Rosebank, Gauteng)
- National Diploma in Safety Management
Commercial – 2 openings (Rosebank, Gauteng)
- Commercial degree
Engineering (Mechanical) – 1 opening (Springs, Gauteng)
- BEng or BTech Mechanical Engineering
Production – 1 opening per (Springs, Gauteng, and Delmas, Mpumalanga)
- BSc in Food Science
- BTech Food Science and Tech
- BSc in Consumer Science
Engineering Projects – 1 opening (Delmas, Mpumalanga)
- BEng or BTech Mechanical Engineering
MDI – 1 opening (Delmas, Mpumalanga)
- BTech or BEng Industrial Engineering
Agriculture – 2 openings (Delmas, Mpumalanga)
- BSc Agriculture (Plant Pathology major)
Who should apply?
- Must be a South African citizen
- A recent graduate of the degree required by the programme being applied for
- Has a GPA of at least 65%
- Must have not gained any internship or graduate programme exposure
- Solid communication skills
