Soon to transition to iKamva Digital Skills Institute, NEMISA’s initial mandate is to train people from previously disadvantaged backgrounds, women in particular, to help them acquire the necessary skills to play s substantial role the ever-changing world of broadcasting, As it takes on its new name, it carry out another directive, which is to drive and promote the development, learning, training, innovation and research of digital skills.
The National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa (NEMISA) Internship 2021
In line with its mandate to further the interests of the broadcast industry, NEMISA offers a number of internship programmes to unemployed but qualified graduates with qualifications in the following areas of study:
- Film and Television
- Multi-media Production
- Radio Production
- Web Development, Software Development, and Information Technology
Who should apply?
Candidates must be able to satisfy these minimum requirements first in order to considered eligible to apply:
- Must hold a qualification in any of the studies mentioned
- Must not be a recent contract worker or intern in the private or public sector
- Must not be more than 35 years old
- NEMISA alumni and persons living with disabilities will be given priority
