Pepsico HR Graduate Programme 2022
The successful candidate will be part of the Human Resources department at Pepsico’s Johannesburg facility where the incumbent will receive training as an HR generalist. This graduate programme is designed as a learning journey that focuses on establishing key competencies in HR while providing mentorship and sponsorship. It is also structured to instill new learnings , explore and develop new behaviors and competencies
Who should apply?
To qualify for this graduate role, applicants must be able to satisfy the following minimum eligibility criteria and competency requirements:
- Holds at least a three-year Human Resources Management/Organizational Psychology qualification; a postgraduate degree is highly preferred
- Amenable to traveling around South Africa
- Must have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Always eager to learn
- Keen on learning
- Results-driven, flexible, agile, and forward-thinking
