Risk Benefit Solutions (RBS) Short Term Insurance Learnership 2022
Risk Benefit Solutions is offering learnership opportunities to the students of South Africa. These are designed to help them gain exposure to the working environment and experience. The overall aim is to ensure there are sufficient candidates in the labor market who are skilled enough to perform the tasks. The learnership will issue an NQF Level 5 qualification certificate after completion.
The learnership programme requires participation of 12 months at RBS’s Cape Town, Western Cape office. The students will undergo rigorous theoretical assessments and practical work. They will immediately begin working on the firm’s short-term insurance business. All of the skills acquired over the 12 months period will help the candidate land a job in the insurance sector. Some candidates may even get job offers from RBS itself.
Besides the work experience, students are also entitled to a monthly salary of R 5,000 per month. They will receive it at a specific date every month for 12 months. Please note that the company doesn’t cover any other expenses. Learners are expected to pay for the expenses on their own.
Who should apply?
Not everyone can apply for the learnership programme. There are specific eligibility guidelines issued by Risk Benefit Solutions. These are in place to pick the most deserving candidates. - Must be willing to work for a period of 12 months

- Must be ready to start by 1 February 2022
