RCL Foods Engineering Management Trainee Programmes
The RCL Foods Engineering Management Trainee Programmes runs for a duration of three years. This is when the Permanent Management Trainees go through extensive coaching and development in their respective area of specialization.
The selected applicants of these Management Trainee Programmes will be working in rotation at RCL’s Johannesburg, Cape Town, Mpumalanga and Durban facilities. The current graduate programmes are as follows:
- Chemical Engineering Management Trainee Programme
- Mechanical Engineering Management Trainee Programme
- Industrial Engineering Management Trainee Programme
In addition, trainees will gain exposure to RCL Foods’ ever changing corporate environment. This is also where they will be subjected to formal and informal training sessions and get to be part of RCL’s many projects.

Requirements or Eligibility

- Must be in their final year of study or already completed studies in relevant Bachelors degree or BTech
- Good academic standing all throughout
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
