SAPPI Store Process Trainee Programme
Sappi SA offers thoroughly structured occupational training programmes developed for individuals interested in jump-starting their careers as a process trainee in a multinational company. The learnership programmes allow trainees to experience the best theoretical and practical concepts surrounding the technical aspect of the company’s operation.
The successful candidate will undergo the Training and Development Programme as part of the Stores and Engineering Department in Sappi’s Ngodwana Mill offices. The role reports to the Human Resources Consultant for Learning and Development
- Undergo section-specific training as required of the position profiles within the allotted period
- Complete a Specific and General Plant induction
- Go through legal training in fulfillment of mill and section requirements
- Maintain an outstanding level of good housekeeping within the workplace
Who should apply?
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to qualify:
- Completed Grade 12 with subjects in Maths and Physical Science / N3 Engineering Studies
- A Supply Chain Management certificate will be advantageous
