- Conduct and summarize market research

- Prepare summaries and commentaries on information that may have a profound effect on the market to clients in the most timely manner
- Record client trades
- Resolve settlement queries in a timely manner
- Assist in new client onboarding process
- Monitor client chat
- Be punctual and able to render work beyond normal hours until queries are attended to
