Toyota SA Learnership Maintenance Programme 2023
Based at Toyota SA’s facilities in Prospecton, Durban, the successful candidate is expected to gain experiential learning in the following areas:
- Working with safety hand tools
- Manufacturing and assembly drawing
- Collaborating with a team
- Marking off welding
- Preparing surfaces
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Dispatch products and operations
- Fire fighting
In addition, the incumbent will receive an NQF Level 2 certification after successfully completing the learnership.
Who should apply?
Applicants must be able to satisfy these basic eligibility requirements to apply for the role:
- Holds a National Technic Certificate (Level N3 to N6
- Completed Matric or Technical Matric with any of the following subjects:
- Maths and Physical Science
- Engineering Science
- Mechanical Trade Theory or Motor Trade Theory
- Electrical Trade Theory
- Graphical design
- Strong communication skills
- Highly adaptable, analytical, and persevering
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Interested in the automotive sector
